It’s Free! Our WordPress Plugin is available to download completely free of charge; for you to use for as long as you like without any limitations. We believe that all event organisers should have access to the best tools available, to provide their guests with the greatest possible user experience. It is, and always will be, a free plugin.
No! All features are available for you to use in the free version of our plugin.
We have hotel partnerships with the likes of Booking.com, HotelsCombined and Vrbo. This means that in total we have over 35 million hotel listings from the world’s largest providers such as Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda.com and many more. Our plugin will be able to display hotel results in over 200 countries across the globe. You can read more about our accommodation partners by clicking here.
Yes! By displaying search results from so many of the world’s leading hotel companies you can be assured that your guests and attendees will benefit from the very best accommodation prices on the market. And with all hotel options available to view in one easy to use map, your guests will benefit from a stress free booking experience.
For every booking made using our plugin, we earn a small commission from the accommodation partner. This offsets our operational and development costs, and allows us to provide our plugin to the WordPress community free of charge. Our growth model is simple; the more event organisers using our plugin, the more we will be able to invest in new features and further partnerships.
Installation & Setup
Direct Download: You can download the plugin and create your licence key all in one go by clicking here.
Via WordPress: Alternatively, you can download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Directory by clicking here. Please note that when using this method you will need to take an additional step to create your free licence key. (Please note that we have currently only launched a beta version of our plugin, as soon as our final plugin is launched and appearing on the WordPress plugin directory we will provide the link.)
If you downloaded the Hotel Maps Pro WordPress plugin via our website, your licence key would of been created automatically during the download process and emailed to you as part of our welcome email.
Alternatively, if you have downloaded the plugin via the WordPress directory you will need to create a free licence key by clicking here.

You can install the Hotel Maps Pro plugin on as many websites as you like. However, the licence keys are restricted to only one domain.
To create additional licence keys to use on additional domains click here.
Yes! There are no restrictions on how many licence keys you can create with the same email address. This ensures that you can install the plugin on multiple sites without requiring unique email addresses for each.
